Santi is fully charged after about 4 hours of charging however Santi was designed to be able to be used while charging if required using the velcro opening at the back. Be sure to use a standard mobile phone charger. DO NOT USE a fast charger or a USB port on a power point as these can damage Santi's battery.

Once fully charged Santi will last anywhere from 1-2 days to over a week on a single charge depending on how you use it. Some parents use the nightlight and sound all night while others use sleep mode to activate Santi when needed or just run Santi on a timer each night. Our eldest is almost 6 and uses Santi for only 15 minutes each night to help him fall asleep so his one will last over a week, whereas our 2 year old runs his on sleep mode so his will last a few days.

Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 days with delivery to Australian metropolitan areas taking on average 3-4 days. Delivery may take longer in some regional and international areas.

You have full control over all of Santi's sounds using the companion mobile app. You can chose from preset sound timers from 15 mins to an hour, or choose your own time or play sounds indefinitely with no timer at all.

To wash Santi you can use a cold machine wash on delicate or a cold hand wash for the plush and you can wipe over the central smart star with a damp cloth as needed.
